How do I know the right level for me or my child?
We place every student with a short, free test with a teacher before starting.
Are boys’ and girls’ classes separate?

Children from age 5, boys, girls and women.
Classes and attendance
What if I miss a class?
You can make it up in another class at the same level, subject to available seats.
How many students are in a class?

Yes, private classes are available at a different fee.
Can I study from outside Egypt?
Yes, all programs are available online with times that suit different time zones.
Fees and certificates
How do I pay?

Is the certificate official?
Certificates are issued by the institute, each with its own verification link that anyone can open and check.
Platform and account
How do I sign in?
After enrolling you receive your username and password on WhatsApp, and sign in from the student login page.
Can a parent follow more than one child?
For now, parents follow each child through that child’s account and “My Grades” page.
How do I get my certificate?
It appears in your account once approved, and you can print it or save it as PDF from your browser.
